We are looking for a motivated, experienced individual to join our team. Our core clients are made up of closely held businesses, families, and individuals providing accounting, financial statement, and tax solutions. We utilize the CCH suite of products (Engagement, ProFX, etc.) as well as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. This is not a "sit at your desk and bill your hours" role. You will be in the field and interacting with the clients. If you invest in us we will invest in you.
Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a smile, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willing to wear many hats. Responsibilities range from greeting clients to assisting them with basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks issues. Experience with Microsoft Office necessary. Light marketing experience a plus.
Seasonal / Part Time
We are looking for individuals to assist during the traditional "busy season" months. Please have some experience with tax software packages (not TurboTax). These folks will create their own schedule and as long as their assigned tasks are completed timely will have total autonomy. Depending on your background and experience these individuals may also assist with financial statement projects.
